"We will treat and care for you like family."

To our valued patients,

We are thrilled to be able to re-open to our patients on May 4th, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic there are some new guidelines that we need to establish for the safety of our patients and staff.

To limit the number of people in close proximity we will be calling our patients to schedule meticulously planned appointments following May 4th.

Please read the following points carefully so we can all limit unnecessary risk.

If you are feeling sick in any way, please stay home.
It is imperative that you wear a face covering while attending your therapy session. If you do not have a face covering, we will provide you with one or we will ask you to leave if we do not have any available.
If you need to have someone bring you to therapy, we ask that they wait outside or in the car. We are not allowing people to wait in our waiting room for the time being.
We will be checking temperatures as you arrive for your appointment. If you have a fever of 100.4 degrees or higher you will be sent home.
We will do our best to practice social distancing in our clinic. If you are uncomfortable with the therapist having personal contact, please let them know and they will do their best to treat you with minimal or no contact. We will also keep our patients separated to the best of our ability.
Please be assured that we will be cleaning and sterilizing all the equipment in between patients so that there can be no cross contamination.
If you need to cough or sneeze, please do so into your elbow not your hands.
There is a sink available in the gym if you need to wash your hands. There are also several hand sanitizers located throughout the clinic. Please feel free to use them.

We appreciate your cooperation with these new guidelines. We are truly grateful for the support and understanding of our amazing clients during these difficult times. If you have any concerns, please let us know and we will do all that we can to work along with you.

We will update our Facebook page and our website with any developments.

We hope that you stay safe and healthy.
